I had such a wonderful experience with the pet boarding service recently! I was a bit anxious about leaving my older cat for a week, but the staff really put my mind at rest. They were so friendly and took the time to show me around the facility before I dropped her off. The place had a lovely atmosphere, and I immediately felt confident that my cat would be well taken care of. What impressed me the most was the personalised care they offered; they even made a note of her favourite treats and playtime preferences. I could tell that they really care about the animals. When I picked her up, she seemed relaxed and content, which was a huge relief! The only thing I might suggest is to improve the noise insulation; there were a few dogs barking from another room which could be unsettling for some cats. But overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be bringing my cat back next time I travel!

I also appreciated that they were able to accommodate my requests for specific feeding times and play schedules. The only minor downside was that there weren't many indoor climbing structures, which my cats love. However, they did have different areas for them to explore, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, I felt that my cats were in safe hands, and they returned home happy and healthy. I will definitely be using this service again in the future, and I highly recommend it to any cat owners looking for a reliable place to board their furry friends!
